Guide profiles
To enter the guide’s profiles section, please select “I agree” after reading the following general conditions.
- To assure privacy, we don’t display our guide’s email addresses. If you want to contact a guide, please select “mail me!”. Insert the guide’s name in the subject area of your email and write your request. The mail will first go to aitaiJapan from where it will be forwarded to the respective guide. From the moment the guide responds to the visitor’s request all arrangements are to be done exclusively between the visitor and the guide.
- aitaiJapan is a free guide service. Volunteer guides will not expect any financial compensation for their guide services, but will expect you to cover all expenses during the guide’s activities. Such expenses may include food, admission fees, and travel expenses incurred both during guide activities as well as the round trip cost of the guide’s trip to and from home. Please check with the guide about this matter beforehand to avoid unpleasant situations.
- If for any reason you have to cancel a meeting with the guide, please give notice sufficiently in advance.
- All activities should be based on mutual agreement between the guide and the visitor.
aitaiJapan does not take any responsibility in case of disagreement between the visitor and the guide!
