How to find a guide

Please enter the guide’s profile section to find detailed information about our guides. This information includes the area they can perform guide activities, their availability and specific interests to make it easier for you to find a suitable guide. After selecting a profile that matches your expectations, please contact the guide to make all necessary arrangements.
- How to contact the guide
Before entering the guide’s profile section, please read carefully the general conditions and select “I agree” to acceed to the area list. Choose the area you want to visit and you will find a list with short profiles of all local guides of this area. You can open any guide’s profile with a simple click.
After choosing a guide, please select the “mail me!” buttom. A window opens to send your email. Please enter the guide’s name into the “subject” area of the email!
To assure privacy, we don’t display our guide’s email addresses.
The mail will first go to aitaiJapan from where it will be forwarded to the respective guide. From the moment the guide responds to the visitor’s request all arrangements are to be done exclusively between the visitor and the guide.
- In consideration to the guide, please book sufficiently in advance. One week is appreciated.
- Guides are free to answer to your email. They are not required to respond to all email requests.
- If a guide does not respond to your demand within one or two days, the guide may not be available for this guide activity. Feel free to contact another guide instead.
