• Fill out the member profile and add your photo. This photo is mandatory. You can choose to send a digital photo or a paper photo. If you want to send a paper photo please contact us first.
  You need to fill out this profile to be registered as a guide.
• Fill out the guide profile.

  This profile will be displayed on our homepage.
• Send the following documents to aitaijapan@gmail.com
  • the guidelines with your name added
  • the member’s profile together with your photo (photo mandatory)
  • the guide’s profile(photo not mandatory)
• You can download all documents and send them back to us by email. If you can not download the documents or if you want to apply by postal mail please contact us first.

After your application is approved, we will send you your membership card and your aitaiJapan badge. This badge can be used for identification purposes when meeting the visitor.

• If we have questions about your application, we may contact you for a small interview.
