It’s easy! Please follow these steps

* There are mandatory information and supplementary information. You must completely fill out all mandatory information. However, we encourage you to fill out as much other information as possible.

I) Mandatory Information:

  • name

Instead of your full name you can chose to display only your – first name (e.g. Yuki) or – family name (e.g. Suzuki) or – a nick name (e.g. snow-lady)

  • gender

Please indicate your gender (male or female) with a corresponding X mark

  • town/area

Indicate the area you live in (e.g. Kansai) Or even the name of your town (e.g. Kyoto)

  • I can offer guide services in the following areas

eg. Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, Nara

  • languages spoken

Indicate the languages in which you can perform guide-activities (e.g. English)

  • availability

Please give as many details as possible about your availability (e.g. only week-ends, Monday all day, Thursday evening after 6PM…)

If you have a flexible schedule which allows you to perform guide services at any time or if you can not decide your schedule beforehand you can write “flexible” or “upon agreement”

  • interests

Please indicate your interests / your hobbies

II) Other Information:

  • age

Instead of your exact age, you can choose to display only your approximate age (eg. 30s)

  • occupation

Your job or profession

  • comments

Anything you wish to share about yourself or the guide services you can do

  • photo

Please send us a digital passport sized photo. Please don’t insert your photo into the profile. Please send it apart as in form of jpg.

Sorry we cannot accept paper photos!

If you don’t want to show your photo, we will display our little guide logo instead.
