We were so pleased to be met by an English speaking guide at Kansai as we had no idea that there was so little English spoken in Osaka. Our guide was very helpful & saw us safely checked into our hotel (where only 3 staff spoke English) & the girl checking us in, not very well at all. Many thanks for all your help – it was much appreciated.
