Dear Sir,

We send you this e-mail to thank you for the guided tour in Kyoto on March 31st that you arranged for us with Matsumoto-san.

Matsumoto-san is a great guide. He was before we met, reserving the Nijo Jinya tour for us, and when we met we visited many places with him, more than we expected. He is very ‘genki’ and friendly, and we learned many things about Japan and Japanese customs thanks to him ( we repeated the word ‘mankai’ many times after that day!). He was patient and kind to us, and for that we are really grateful.

We will use again Aitati Japan services in the future, for sure! Japan is a great country and we returned very happy with our holidays, in part thanks to you.
